Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026. This policy explains how KLR Performance (“KLR Performance,” “we”) handles information collected on klrperformance.com.
What we collect
- Free audit: your name, business name, phone number, email, website address, your answers and your score.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our Cal.com scheduler (name, email, company, and any notes or phone number you add).
- Calls and emails: if you call (737) 473-4785 or email us, we keep a record of the conversation details you share. Calls to our tracking number may be logged with the time, duration and caller number.
- Text messaging: if you call or text (737) 473-4785 and agree to receive texts, we collect your mobile number and message content to reply, send booking links and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Automatically: pages viewed, referring site, campaign tags (such as utm and gclid values), device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To show and email your audit results; contact you about your results and our services by phone or email; schedule and prepare for calls; build and support client websites; measure which pages and ads bring inquiries; and prevent spam and abuse.
Analytics and advertising
We use Vercel Web Analytics, PostHog, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. PostHog may record how you move through a page, such as scrolls and clicks; it masks what you type into forms. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and to show our ads to people who visited the site. These services may set cookies and receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it (excluding text messaging opt-in data and consent) only with service providers that help us run the business: Vercel (hosting), Cal.com (scheduling), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (phone and SMS services), Vapi (AI receptionist), n8n (automation, on our own server) and Google (analytics and ads). We also share it when the law requires us to. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention and security
We keep lead and booking records for as long as needed to follow up and run the business, then delete or anonymize them. Access is limited to our team, and data is stored with the providers above.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email using its link, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing anthony@klrperformance.com. This site isn’t directed at children under 13.
